Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 20, 2026
Effective Date: May 20, 2026

Welcome to BrickAgain. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, signing a rental agreement, or renting any LEGO® sets from BrickAgain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent directly from BrickAgain. If a minor uses a rented set, the adult renter is fully responsible for the rental, payment, supervision, safe use, and return of the set.

BrickAgain reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID before or at the time of rental.

2. Rental Process

All rentals require:

– A completed and signed BrickAgain Rental Agreement
– A valid government-issued photo ID
– Payment of the rental fee and any selected service fees in full before receiving the set
– A valid credit or debit card kept on file through Square for the duration of the rental

BrickAgain does not charge a traditional security deposit. Instead, by completing a rental, you authorize BrickAgain to charge the card on file for any applicable fees described in these Terms or the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to late fees, BrickAgain Disassembly Service fees, Unplanned Built/Unsorted Return Fees, delivery/pickup fees, missing pieces, damaged pieces, or non-returned sets.

Rental periods typically range from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the set, rental type, and availability. Rental length will be clearly stated at checkout and/or in the Rental Agreement.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup options may vary based on distance, availability, rental amount, and service area.

Any delivery/pickup fee disclosed at checkout or in the Rental Agreement includes both initial drop-off and final pickup unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pickup may be available at no additional charge when offered by BrickAgain.

4. Late Returns

A one-day grace period is provided after the scheduled return date.

After the grace period, BrickAgain may charge late fees as listed in the Rental Agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the Rental Agreement, late fees are:

– Small or medium sets: $10 per day
– Large or premium sets: $25 per day

Late fees continue to accrue until the set is returned, resolved, or considered non-returned.

If the set is not returned within 14 days after the scheduled return date, BrickAgain may consider the set non-returned and charge the Set Value / Replacement Value listed in the Rental Agreement, plus any applicable accrued fees.

5. Return Sorting and BrickAgain Disassembly Service

BrickAgain’s standard rental pricing is based on the renter returning the set disassembled and sorted into the provided numbered bags, containers, or packaging. This helps keep rental prices lower.

If selected before return, the BrickAgain Disassembly Service allows the renter to return the set built, partially built, or unsorted. The applicable BrickAgain Disassembly Service fee will be shown at checkout or in the Rental Agreement.

If a renter does not select the BrickAgain Disassembly Service and returns the set built, partially built, significantly unsorted, or not placed back into the provided bags/containers, BrickAgain may charge an Unplanned Built/Unsorted Return Fee. This fee is higher than the planned service fee because it creates additional labor, scheduling disruption, and delay before the set can be rented again.

The applicable fee amount will be listed in the Rental Agreement and/or disclosed before checkout.

6. Missing, Damaged, or Non-Returned Pieces

You are responsible for returning all LEGO® pieces, minifigures, manuals, accessories, bags, containers, and packaging included with the rental.

BrickAgain reserves the right to charge for:

– Missing pieces
– Damaged or excessively worn pieces
– Missing minifigures
– Lost instruction manuals
– Missing bags, containers, or packaging
– Non-returned sets

Each rental may include forgiveness for minor missing pieces as stated in the Rental Agreement. After any listed forgiveness threshold, charges may be based on replacement cost, sourcing cost, labor required to source parts, and administrative time.

If loss or damage is excessive, including missing bags, missing large assemblies, missing minifigures, missing electronics, damaged specialty pieces, or damage that prevents the set from being rented again, BrickAgain may charge up to the Set Value / Replacement Value listed in the Rental Agreement.

7. Set Condition and Inspection Period

All returned sets undergo an inspection and piece verification process. This process may take several days depending on set size, condition, and complexity.

Charges for late returns, disassembly, unplanned built/unsorted returns, missing pieces, damage, or non-return may be applied after inspection is completed. BrickAgain will provide a summary of any charges upon request.

8. Use at Your Own Risk

LEGO® sets contain small parts and may present choking or injury hazards. BrickAgain is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to supervise children.

All rentals are used at your own risk.

9. Refusal of Service and Account Termination

BrickAgain reserves the right to refuse service, cancel rentals, or permanently ban customers at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

– Fraud or attempted fraud
– Chargebacks
– Repeated late returns
– Excessive missing or damaged pieces
– Failure to follow return requirements
– Abusive or threatening behavior

10. Modifications to Terms

BrickAgain may update these Terms, pricing, or policies at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of BrickAgain services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or local courts within Colorado.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 20, 2026

All rental fees are non-refundable once the set has been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

By placing a rental order with BrickAgain, you acknowledge and agree that:

– Rental fees are final once the set has been picked up, delivered, or shipped
– Cancellations before receiving the set may be eligible for rescheduling at BrickAgain’s discretion, but are not guaranteed to be eligible for refunds
– BrickAgain does not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to complete the build, delayed returns, or dissatisfaction with the LEGO® building experience

Fees for late returns, BrickAgain Disassembly Service, Unplanned Built/Unsorted Returns, missing pieces, damaged pieces, delivery/pickup, or non-return are separate from rental fees and may still apply where applicable.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your rental, please contact BrickAgain. We are happy to help within the boundaries of these policies.
